What your day will look like…. As an Operational Services Supervisor, your day revolves around fostering a supportive and efficient environment for both your team and the people we serve. You'll coordinate the seamless delivery of essential services, ensuring that every aspect, from catering to grounds maintenance, meets our high standards. Engaging with your team, you'll conduct training sessions and staff inductions, while actively participating in management meetings to drive quality improvement initiatives. Conflict resolution and team building will be integral, as you inspire a culture of collaboration and accountability. With a keen focus on compliance and safety, you'll oversee audits and inspections, ensuring that our commitment to patient care and staff wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do.
