You will play an instrumental role in driving business outcomes by shaping and enabling opportunities across teams. Here's a glimpse into your key responsibilities: You'll collaborate with teams across OUA to develop solutions, drive execution and go-to-market plans for cross-business opportunities.You'll work to directly optimise customer value, helping our learners achieve their goals.You'll lead with impact by driving continuous improvement and championing OUA's mission.You will form and manage a backlog, prioritising optimising the delivery of customer value.You'll track success metrics, analysing data and market trends to prioritise improvements.You'll inspire and guide teams by leading rituals and fostering collaboration.You'll champion our customers, advocating for learners, working with UX, Marketing and Engineering to create experiences that are intuitive and impactful.If you're ready to make an impact, here's what we're looking for: A minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager.Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience in sprint planning, backlog management and prioritisation.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Strong experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Optimizely to supercharge your ideas.Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or STEM.What do we offer?
