About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced retail professional with creative flair to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary Op Shops. Uniting Op Shops nurture a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development within our teams. Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting's culture.

It's a casual role with various shifts available. We may be flexible with days for the right candidate – call us to talk about your availability!
In addition to a base salary commencing at $27.17 p/hr + casual loading + superannuation, you will have access to:
Ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as rent, groceries, bills, clothing, and much more.
10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre.
25% discount at Uniting Op Shops.
About You
You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, with demonstrated experience in managing retail stores. Knowledge of brands and fashion trends and ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers are essential.
