Onsite Supervisor

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Mick Sutton Concreting. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating concrete projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, managing site personnel, and liaising with clients and contractors. It is important to note that our onsite supervisor works alongside our crew "on the tools" every day.
Qualifications Experience in concrete construction, excavation, and reinforcing Knowledge of concrete placement techniques and materials Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans Understanding of relevant safety regulations and standards Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Trade qualification in construction or relevant field is a plus What's on offer Attractive remuneration package (Negotiable based on experience) Fully maintained company vehicle Open to discussions on how to make the role work for you (work/life balance) Industry Construction Employment Type Full-time
