The Position: Manage a small portfolio of 90 properties end-to-end NO routine inspections, NO trust accounting, NO BDM! Entry and exit inspections Maintenance Arrears management Attendance at QCAT where required Potential to further your skillset in Body Corporate if desired Benefits: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm NO weekends and NO after-hours call outs Luxury development - no driving as all properties are in one spot! $70k - $75k + super with regular salary reviews Hands-on Operations Manager who will support your growth An excellent team culture - social events, celebrations, ongoing training Cloud-based software The Successful Candidate: 1-2+ years of Property Management experience QLD Certificate of Registration Strong legislation knowledge High level of attention to detail Strong organisational skills Outstanding telephone manner & time management Corporate presentation Valid driver's license All applications are strictly confidential and not discussed with a third party without your consent.
