About The RoleVentia is seeking a Construction Manager Critical Infrastructure WA/NT to join our close-knit and long-standing team based in Canning Vale. This is a full-time permanent position with the flexibility to work from home with travel around WA and NT when required.
What you'll be doing Deliver commercially successful outcomes for scope, time, budget, and quality.Set up early works, delivery and completion systems and processes, coordinates teams.Monitor and report on productivity, drive performance and implement strategies to improve programme and margin.Be the key contact and liaison between stakeholders on site.Build internal capability as well as new sub-contracting base.Lead client reporting for the region and continue to foster customer/client relationships.About You Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, electrical or similar.Experience within the Telecommunications industry highly desirable.Understanding of contracts and Australian Construction Standards.Sound knowledge of construction, project and program controls principles and practices.Very highly developed dispute resolution, collaboration and negotiation skills.A high level of motivation and commitment to improve work practices, systems and procedures.Flexible attitude to working hours to meet demand.About VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
