You will be spoilt with onsite parking at all buildings, experienced support staff, and a generous salary package.
Duties: Portfolio management of around 180 propertiesMajority located in 1 building, all others within walking distanceNewly developed properties, all built within the last 10 yearsTenant and landlord managementSchedule repairsWork closely with the Leasing ConsultantPrepare for tribunalFollow up arrearsThe Person: Valid Certificate of Registration, Drivers License and CarPrevious Property Management experienceWell organised with great attention to detailSuperb written and communication skillsPrevious Propertytree experience will be highly regardedThe Perks: Opportunity to work with an award-winning developerMinimal travel requiredOnsite parkingMonday to FridayApply in strict confidence:
