Onsite Live-In Caretaker

MWH Residential is looking for an onsite caretaker of a prestige complex near Broadwater.

The duties: Supervise various contractors and suppliers carrying out repairs, maintenance, and capital works for the body corporate.Supervise the team of gardeners and cleaners and carry out various other tasks depending on the management agreement.Day-to-day caretaking tasks of the building (e.g. distribution of letters/parcels, complex daily checks, general/recycle bins management, pool maintenance, etc.).Policing by-laws.Issuing keys.No property management is required.Reporting to the committee.Need to be onsite at various times. The candidates: Strong communication skills.People leadership skills.Demonstrated business knowledge and planning.Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.Ability to listen and think innovatively.Ability to negotiate.Problem-solving with an ability to identify problems and bring issues to resolution proactively.
Salary to be discussed based on years of experience and potential workload.

A generous 3-bedroom apartment is available with the package.

Previous experience in trade/caretaking is highly preferable.
