$36.80 - $37.92 per hour (dependent on experience) Please note - Relocation Assistance may be available for the right candidate One Tree Community Services is thrilled to announce our partnership with Horsham City Rural Council to provide high-quality childcare services for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our services will include a funded kindergarten program for both 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds, ensuring a comprehensive early learning experience.
Located in Horsham, the vibrant heart of the Wimmera region, our center is ideally positioned at the gateway to the Silo Art Trail and the northwestern side of the Grampians National Park. What you'll bring Diploma in Early Childhood/ Bachelor of Education-ACECQA approved equivalent. Current Working with Children Check/Valid VIT. Current National Police Clearance You will have a bright personality and good energy Strong leadership skills Effective communication Current First Aid Qualification Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role What you'll do Effective Communication and building positive relationships with staff, community and children. Effective ability to program, plan, reflect and extend children's learning development. Ability to lead a team. Have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Have passion and enthusiasm and will want to have fun Be open-minded and patient An unwavering passion for children, their learning and care Support daily operations, understanding of child safe standards Required to be the Contact ECT and Responsible person.
