They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic Capability Development team in Perth (CBD) to support the successful delivery of their Leadership Academy training programs.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Leadership Academy programs, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Their professional, customer-focused approach will ensure programs run smoothly and queries are responded to timely. The candidate's strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and ability to take initiative will help deliver an exceptional learner experience for all programs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are key to this role. The candidate will be liaising with facilitators, training venues, site employees, and program participants to ensure the seamless running of all programs. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment while being a strong team player with a can-do approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks for the Leadership Academy programs - proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required. Forward planning the schedule of dates for all programs. Set-up and pack-up for training sessions – this requires a 7 am start. Meeting and greeting at training sessions. Ordering training materials and arranging delivery to sites as required. Booking of training venues. Organising flights and accommodation for residential sessions. Administering and following up with participants regarding their self-assessments and profiles. Organising Train-the-Trainer sessions, leader welcomes, and any special guests for training sessions. Liaising with facilitators. Organising graduations for completing cohorts. Compiling and distributing feedback from sessions. Monitoring and answering inbox queries. Requirements:
The role requires Monday to Friday attendance at the CBD in Perth, and early starts (7 am) for room set-up (This is Mandatory).
