As a Restaurant Management, you will lead and motivate our dedicated staff to create memorable moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include driving sales growth, maintaining impeccable restaurant standards, and upholding our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Your Responsibilities
Manage rostering, recruitment, and skillful stock management. Navigate restaurant compliance requirements efficiently. Oversee profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs. Nurture and develop the potential of our team members. Engage with the local community to make a positive impact beyond our walls. What We Are Looking For
Substantial leadership experience in managing large teams in hospitality. Proven track record of fostering high-performing and engaged teams. Strong budget management and sales growth skills. Passion for the hospitality industry and customer-first approach. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle peak hours and challenges. Passionate about hospitality and have at least 1-2 years' experience in FOH management in a premium casual dining restaurant. Please note: This position requires candidates to have full work rights in Australia.
