About the roleAn opportunity exists in our busy Brisbane office for a full-time Office Services Assistant.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Preparation and delivery of internal & external mailOffice and equipment maintenance including photocopiers, printers, office supplies, meeting rooms and kitchensOffice and equipment movesCourt filing, collections, deliveries, banking and service of documentsStationery ordersRelief ReceptionGeneral office duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, mail and running any errands neededAbout youPrevious legal experience and/or a TAFE certificate in Business & Administration/ Business & Legal is highly desirable.

Brisbane office hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
