In your administrative role, you'll help keep everything running smoothly.
Your work will support our efforts to innovate in areas like cranial reconstruction, jaw surgery, and repairing complex fractures with advanced technology.
It's all about… the job Play a pivotal role in supporting a growing business as the staff turn to you for anything outside the normal scope of their positions.
A can-do, will-do attitude will see you working cross-functionally to take on a combined role supporting HR Administration, Accounts, and Office Management, as well as Medical Events Coordination.
This full-time position will be split into two main areas:   HR Admin and Accounts (2 days): In this part of the role, you'll support onboarding and offboarding, manage our HR platform and database, and record leave using Employment Hero.
You'll also assist with accounts payable/receivable, reconciling accounts, and be trained in payroll to cover your colleagues.
Office Admin and Medical Events Coordination (3 days): Here, you'll manage the delivery of all medical education events, roadshows, and national conferences.
Your responsibilities will include applying for compliance regulations to sponsor third-party and HCP-related events, arranging travel, coordinating marketing materials, organizing event packs and collateral, and maintaining stock.
You'll also be involved in coordinating the move to our new production facility by the end of February 2025, managing in-house and social events, and supporting yearly sales meetings and awards with VIPs.
It's all about… you You are a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills.
You excel in managing multiple tasks and and you'll need strong communication skills as you navigate the many key stakeholders.
Having a little experience in HR, finance, office administration, and event coordination will be key, however your ability to foster a motivated and productive environment, coupled with your adaptability and dedication, will be all it takes to succeed.
