OFFICE MANAGER Judds Engineering is looking for an experienced and exceptional Office Manager on a Full or Part Time basis to join our team.
Role and Responsibility Management of the administrative functions of the company Provide ongoing support to Director on a daily basis. Project administration which ensures achievement of business objectives Account management and stakeholder engagement Ad hoc administrative tasks to be performed as part of a team-oriented culture such as answering phones, scanning and filing, Sales and customer liaison Includes accounts receivable/payable work. Essential Skills and Qualifications Experience in Xero desirable. Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do, team-oriented attitude Desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working in a team-oriented culture In return, you will receive: Competitive salary A dynamic and unique working environment Flexible Hours.
