About the Opportunity...
The organisation is looking for a proactive, well-organised Office Manager to lead daily office operations. This pivotal role involves supporting senior executives, including the CEO, coordinating essential meetings, and managing office resources. The Office Manager will also collaborate closely with IT, facilities, and other key external stakeholders to maintain a seamless working environment.
Duties... Serve as the primary point of contact for the business team and communicate key messages to staff Provide Executive Assistant support to the CEO, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and room bookings Organise Board, committee, and executive meetings, ensuring all logistical needs are met Manage Google Workspace and Zoom administration, including onboarding for new staff Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes Coordinate with external IT support and facilities management as needed Maintain office supplies, equipment, and mail services Participate in Social Club Committee activities, organising events and managing budgets Assist C-suite with corporate card reconciliations and team expense claims Identify and implement process improvements to increase office efficiency Skills and Experience... 3+ years' experience in an administrative role Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and procurement software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach Discretion in handling confidential information Culture...
