Our client's needs are at the core of everything we do – their success is our success.We are proud of our workplace culture, and we reward and recognise our people who best represent our company values of excellence, passion, caring, integrity, collaboration and courage.We are on the lookout for an experienced Office Manager to work closely with the Business Manager to coordinate all related services to ensure efficient operation whilst supporting the employees as required.We are passionate about realising the vision for the business and ensuring we invest in our culture and develop our people as part of that journey.Your role:Maintain and coordinate the effective office operations of the officeProvide high quality assistance and support to the Business ManagerReview and make recommendations on office growth, changes to layouts where required to further enhance the office environmentOversee general administration and tidiness of the officesMonitor and manage service provider accounts, including: stationery, office equipment, couriers, trades persons, subscriptions, cleaners, food deliveries, waste disposal and other office servicesCoordinating meeting schedules, including the management of calendars, conference and meeting room bookings, related correspondence, meeting details and logisticsCo-ordinate with other Office Managers in other regions to ensure a "One ACOR" approachSupporting QA processes and ensuring best practice across the teamSupporting other key projects, including compiling bids & tenders when requiredYour Skills & Experience:Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role (providing support at an Executive level)Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships and trust at all levels of the businessAdvanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suiteAble to work independently and manage competing priorities and tasksProactive work approach with focus on identifying opportunities to add valueAttention to detailHigh level of confidentiality with a professional mannerPreparation of PowerPoint presentations and assistance with key internal communicationsBenefits of ACOR:Attractive remuneration package, commensurate with experience100% employee-owned companyOngoing learning & development and career pathwaysRegular social and fundraising events and having funDiscounts on everyday products and servicesEmployee Assistance ProgramPlease include a cover letter and resume with your application.ACOR is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
