We can help people with most areas criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues.
We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution.
We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices.
About the role You will support and advise the Solicitor-In-Charge (SIC) in operational matters to ensure the effective delivery of client services within a multi-disciplined and complex legal environment.
You will manage and coordinate the administration team in a large, highly complex regional office to ensure client service activities are resourced and achieved.
About you You will have extensive experience working in a busy and demanding environment, meeting tight deadlines, working collaboratively and managing conflicting priorities effectively.
You will possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills in order to support the Solicitor In Charge to ensure the requirements of the role are met.
Ideally, you will be someone who considers themselves to be highly organised and systematic in their approach to work.
You will be proactive and enthusiastic about taking on varied tasks, in addition to being reliable and transparent in all aspects of your work.
You will be passionate about leading a team to provide a high standard of client centred services, whilst also identifying and supporting the varied learning and development needs and goals of the team.
We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.
