Our Client: Join an established, leading privately owned property group known for their purpose-driven residential community projects and a hardworking, down-to-earth team culture.
With a wide presence and a boutique office in Melbourne, they're seeking an Office Manager to keep the office running smoothly and support key leaders.
This role is immediately available and we are organising interviews now.
What's on Offer: Competitive salary package of $95K - $115K (Incl.
Super), based on experience East of CBD location with on-site parking Collaborative, close-knit team  Opportunity to grow and take on increasing responsibilities Office-based position, with ad hoc flexibility as needed About the Role: In this role, you'll ensure the office operates efficiently, managing everything from meeting schedules and team celebrations to executive assistance and event planning.
Responsibilities include: Keeping the kitchen and pantry stocked, coordinating team lunches and events Managing diaries, organizing meetings, and supporting onboarding processes Tracking office inventory, coordinating with consultants, and assisting in office relocation planning Coordinating functions, quarterly events, and corporate hospitality, including the MCG corporate box The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role, with strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and familiarity with Melbourne's corporate hospitality scene.
Flexibility for occasional event-related hours is required.
You are social and love bringing people together in the office, are organised, and enjoy a varied ad-hoc role.
