Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Are you passionate about customer service and looking to join a dynamic team in a growing industry?
Our client, a leader in electronic security, IT, and networking solutions for businesses across Australia, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team at their Mount Waverley branch.
About the Role: This is a varied and exciting role that offers the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, sales support, and product knowledge.
As the first point of contact for clients, you will work closely with the sales, warehousing, and technical support teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiriesProcessing customer orders via phone, email, webstore, and in-person at the counterManaging and tracking stock movements (inbound and outbound)Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely stock availabilityBuilding strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are metAssisting with the return process and managing backordersContinually developing your knowledge of products including CCTV, alarms, access control, and surveillance systemsProviding general branch support and assisting the external sales teamOffering administrative support to the sales team and management as requiredWhat We're Looking For: A customer-focused individual with excellent communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approachAttention to detail and accuracy in all tasksPositive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learnStrong computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systemsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamA valid driver's license and reliable transport is requiredPrevious experience in a customer service or sales support role is advantageousInterest in technology and electronic security is a plusWhat We Offer: A supportive, friendly, and fast-paced work environmentOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesA collaborative team culture that values customer satisfactionIf this role sounds like the right fit for you, we'd love to hear from you!
