Office Manager/Administration Support

Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Currently looking to bring a new Office Manager/Admin support into the business. This role will have variety and will rely upon your self-motivation and proactivity. Like all outstanding support staff, you will be agile and work on both the challenging and everyday tasks with the same level of enthusiasm, energy and results orientation. You will be an impressive communicator who enjoys keeping everyone in the loop with what is happening across the business and how your role can best support them.
Collaborating closely with the Commercial Director, you will be a strong contributor when it comes to generating new ideas on how to make this business an even better place to work and maintain strong administrative workflows and operations.
By joining our team, you will be the first point of contact at the front office and you will collaborate with all members of our team to ensure the day-to-day operations of our business run smoothly. You will be the key communication link to management and other offices. The role will also provide administration sales support to parts of the business.
You possess the capabilities to run the show when necessary and ensure that all day-to-day operations are running smoothly at all times. You are confident and articulate with people at all walks of life. A team player who is approachable and professional all rolled into one!
We are looking for a positive-minded, self-starter who prides themselves on being a team player!
Ideally, you are an energetic Office Manager/Administration Officer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, but ideally more – we are open to level of experience in this role; it's more about attitude to be honest!
Only applicants that are able to commit to working full-time from our Clayton office, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm each day.
