Office Junior | Experienced Administrator - MULTIPLE ROLESWe are a local small business who have been assisting our clients in the Coffs Harbour area and beyond since 1974. Weare an experienced accounting firm offering a wide range of services to our growing client base.We have a high level of quality control in order to provide the most professional service possible to our clients.About the rolesWe are seeking an office junior and an experienced administrator to join our team and develop their knowledge of the accounting industry. As an administration member of our firm, you can expect to be involved in the following and more:Reception duties, including meeting and greeting clientsDealing with administration needs of accountantsWord processing and data entryGeneral stationery and office inventoryScanning and emailingProcessing incoming and outgoing mailLiaison with professional bodies including the ATO and ASICYour responsibilities will grow as quickly as you are able to demonstrate your abilities. You will be provided with unlimited opportunities to learn and therefore your progression in this role is highly dependent on what you want to achieve.Please keep in mind that these positions are not 'work-from-home' positions.Experience & SkillsFor the Office Junior role, no previous experience is necessary, however we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and who is interested in a long-term career. As for skills, we will look favourably upon candidates with the below:Be well-presented and manneredAn understanding of the importance of excellent customer serviceBe organised and able to multitaskA high level of computer literacy including use of Outlook and Microsoft OfficeBe a team playerPlease note that all processes completed within the firm are proceduralised so it is important that you are able and willing to follow instructions.For the Experienced Administrator role, a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position is preferred along with the attributes listed above.
