About the roles
We are seeking an office junior and an experienced administrator to join our team and develop their knowledge of the accounting industry. As an administration member of our firm, you can expect to be involved in the following and more:
Reception duties, including meeting and greeting clients Dealing with administration needs of accountants Word processing and data entry General stationery and office inventory Scanning and emailing Processing incoming and outgoing mail Liaison with professional bodies including the ATO and ASIC Your responsibilities will grow as quickly as you are able to demonstrate your abilities. You will be provided with unlimited opportunities to learn and therefore your progression in this role is highly dependent on what you want to achieve.

Experience & Skills
For the Office Junior role, no previous experience is necessary, however we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and who is interested in a long-term career. As for skills, we will look favourably upon candidates with the below:
Be well-presented and mannered An understanding of the importance of excellent customer service Be organised and able to multitask A high level of computer literacy including use of Outlook and Microsoft Office Be a team player Please note that all processes completed within the firm are proceduralised so it is important that you are able and willing to follow instructions.
For the Experienced Administrator role, a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position is preferred along with the attributes listed above. Your remuneration will be commensurate with demonstrable skills and experience.
