You will have shared responsibilities for the management of the front desk and reception operations, as well as ensuring an optimal and safe working environment for all office associates.
You will be immaculately presented and display a high level of both verbal and written communication skills.
We have one full-time role available based at our Head Office in Sydney CBD.
Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM)Duties & Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact and liaise with PVH approved facility management vendors and suppliers, including cleaning, catering, security services and base building management. Manage PVH building and equipment maintenance schedules, including arranging and booking technicians, inspections and all works required. Resolve office-related malfunctions and repairs and respond to requests or issues in a timely manner. Manage equipment and supply needs, including monitoring, maintaining, and reordering of supplies and inventory for all office items. Create and maintain documents and records for all facilities related matters, such as maintenance requests and records. Monitor facilities budget spending and process invoices accordingly. Set up and pack down the PVH People's Place (main kitchen) daily including the operation, cleaning and maintenance of the coffee machine, toasters, dishwashers, and all other electrical appliances. Answer all enquiries over the phone and transfer calls to various divisions within the company. Coordinate courier collections and drop-offs and execute outgoing mail. Ensure the company phone list is updated regularly and keep a record of staff on leave. Send received purchase orders and remittance advices to correct divisions within the company. Meet and greet visitors and hand out visitor's passes. About You Previous experience in a reception, office or administrative role. High level of communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent client-facing communication and customer service skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask. Experience using a phone switchboard. Impeccable attention to detail. Immaculate presentation. Ability to work autonomously. Ability to problem solve. Positive attitude.
