Responsibilities
The responsibilities in the role include:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and maintenance. Coordinate and support office relocation projects/processes from end-to-end. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments. Organise and facilitate company events, meetings, and conferences. Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management. Accounts payable, receivable, and general invoicing. What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar position, ideally within the blue-collar sector. You will have effective communication skills, both verbal and written. You will enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You will be comfortable using accounting software and have a general knowledge of finance functions.
