Branch Engagement Coordinator
Full-time PermanentThe Shared Services Finance Branch provides centralised Whole of Government finance functions primarily related to financial reporting, finance operations and financial applications management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Deliver efficient and timely assistance across a range of administrative, Work Health and Safety (WHS), communication, and engagement tasks.Provide WHS advice and support to the Branch.Play a key role in planning and organising events, training sessions, and launching initiatives.Work closely with team members and stakeholders to assist with seamless communication and project execution.WHAT YOU WILL NEED Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders.Experience in communications, WHS, and project management.The ability to perform well under pressure and focus on achieving results.Commitment to delivering quality work within tight deadlines.Effective prioritisation and organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently.A collaborative and supportive attitude.If you have these skills and qualities, please apply – you'll be a great fit for our team! This position has moved to a workplace designed for Activity-Based Working (ABW).
Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
