About the role: Our Molendinar workshop is currently on the hunt for a dynamic and spirited Office Coordinator who will ensure the smooth functioning of our office and workshop.
What's involved -
Managing reception and front-of-house duties Assisting with job scheduling using project management software Supporting our sales team with administration tasks
Assisting our People & Culture team with the onboarding and offboarding of new team members
Assisting our WHS Manager with WHS compliance Facilitating apprenticeship sign-ups and documentation Providing support to the office and State Manager Arranging travel where necessary Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What you'll need: Proven experience in office management or administration High level of computer skills Accurate data entry A current Australian drivers licence Familiarity with project management tool ASANA (a plus but not a dealbreaker) Why you should apply: Perks such as novated leasing and free lunch every Friday!
