Position Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting students and visitors, and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing educational institution that is focused on delivering top-tier vocational education.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff with a professional and friendly attitude.
Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
Assist with student inquiries and provide information about enrolment and course offerings.
Help maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Process enrolment paperwork and maintain accurate student records.
Provide support in coordinating day-to-day operations while we finalize our registration process.
Assist with CRICOS-related queries for prospective international students once registration is confirmed.
Requirements:
Experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRICOS and working with international students is a plus (though not required).
A positive, approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
