We are looking for a part-time Senior Office Administrator for our Glen Waverley office. Ideally, candidates will have previous experience working in an allied health setting. However, if you possess extensive expertise in client-based office administration, we encourage you to reach out to us. In return, we offer: Above Award Rates for all team members Salary sacrificing options A welcoming office environment Organised systems and processes Active involvement with our clinical team and practice administration On-site parking Consistent hours and stable employment As a Client Support Associate, your responsibilities will include: Managing clinician diaries Handling phone and email enquiries from clients Completing intake procedures for new clients Providing necessary documents/forms to clients Facilitating communication between clients and clinicians, as well as external services Assisting with invoicing, receipting, and Medicare rebates Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic Collaborating with allied health professionals Supporting administrative aspects of clinic management Assisting in the implementation of new therapeutic services and programs If you're passionate about making a difference and meet the above criteria, we encourage you to apply with a Cover Letter addressed to Michelle Gilmore.

Pay: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour
