Office Administrator - Flexible Working Hours

Level Electrical & Air Wagga Wagga is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient function of our office and business operations.
We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer flexible working hours (school hours available) and a fun and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

First point of contact for inbound calls and emails from customers and suppliers.
Creation of new quotes and follow up in agreed time frame to drive conversion.
Creating and scheduling new jobs to relevant skilled field team members.
Ongoing communication with customers on progress of jobs where necessary.
Strong liaison with field team to ensure the right information is being provided for each job in a timely fashion.
Managing pending, progress and completed jobs lists to meet KPIs.
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
Creation and follow up of purchase orders and liaison with suppliers to ensure materials are readily available for jobs to be completed.
Completion of CCEW's and other job safety documentation.
Maintaining job and personnel safety records.
Support to management as directed.
Provide input and collaboration that drives the success of the business and supports a harmonious working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience in a trade business beneficial, but not essential.
Experience with Simpro or other job management software beneficial, but not essential.
Be currently living in Australia with relevant visa or residency rights to work (overseas applicants will not be accepted).
