Office Admin / Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a driven and organised Office Admin / Accounts Assistant to join our team at the Southern X Fitness Store in Cardiff, NSW 2285 .
This is a casual role with flexible hours, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Hours will vary between 10-20 hours per week depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
Provide efficient and friendly administrative support to the office team.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, reconciliation, and payment processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and records.
Coordinate office supply orders and manage inventory.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
Contribute to the overall smooth running of the office and provide support to the wider team.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or accounts assistant role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook & Xero.
Experience using Dext or Receipt Bank, Gmail, Deputy, Google Products & Shopify is an advantage.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
