The Rehab at Home, Community and Oral Health Team are looking for an Occupational Therapist – Senior to join their team.
The community services team is a multi-disciplinary team that provides acute and post-acute care via hospital avoidance (MAPS) and geriatric hospital in the home (GEMRHITH) interventions.
The Rehab@Home service is a multi-disciplinary, time limited community service providing rehabilitation, restorative care and urgent maintenance level services to clients including Transition Care Program (TCP) within the Metro South at Home (MSH@Home).

About the Role Delivering high quality evidenced based Occupational Therapy clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning interprofessional team.Contribution to the advancement of quality Occupational Therapy services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.Providing supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.
