As a Senior Mental Health Clinician, you will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, trauma-informed clinical care, shaping better outcomes for vulnerable youth in out-of-home care.
What your day will look like… In this role, your day will be both challenging and rewarding as you deliver expert clinical services to children and young people experiencing significant mental health challenges.
You'll conduct in-depth assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions, all while working closely with families, carers, and other professionals.
A key part of your work will be coordinating interagency care plans, ensuring that all parties are aligned in providing holistic, effective care.
You will contribute to team discussions, mentor less experienced clinicians, and engage in continuous learning to stay at the forefront of evidence-based practices.
Your ability to collaborate and communicate across a range of services will be critical in driving meaningful change and delivering comprehensive care to those who need it most.
