Since opening our doors in June 2022, our small practice has grown to include three speech pathologists and one receptionist. Our dream is to create a multidisciplinary clinic that includes both speech pathology and occupational therapy, allowing us to support children aged 0-12 through all developmental domains. We're looking for our first occupational therapist to join us on this exciting journey!If you're a compassionate, like-minded professional who values family-centered care, flexibility, and evidence-based practice, we want to hear from you!The RoleThis position is a mix of clinic-based and mobile work, with the clinic located in Nerang and mobile sessions throughout the Gold Coast (including Nerang, Broadbeach, and Burleigh Heads). Enjoy a generous weekly travel allowance for mobile sessions. We believe in work-life balance, allowing you to customise your schedule—whether that means full clinic days, a blend of mobile and clinic sessions, or dedicated admin time.As a weekly intervention clinic, we operate during school terms, providing therapy breaks over school holidays. This is a great opportunity for community outreach initiatives, such as kindergarten screenings and parent information nights, as well as planning for upcoming client goals.
