We are seeking a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our expanding NSW team based in Tamworth. You will be working as part of a highly experienced, knowledgeable and fun team! You will have the opportunity for exposure to a variety of customers, different schemes and varying complexities of cases and career progression.

About You:

You will be qualified as an Occupational Therapist with full AHPRA registration.

You'll also need:

Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
Demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience (highly desired);
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking & problem solving;
Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.

This is ideally a full-time position however part-time will be considered. We are also keen to hear from contractors in Tamworth and across NSW.

Day to day in the role you will be:

Supporting people to recover and return to pre-injury activities and seek employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;
Conducting a range of different assessment services including: Initial, Functional, Activities of Daily Living, Ergonomic, Pre-Employment and Worksite Assessments;
Case management across various jurisdictions including Workers Compensation, Life Insurance and private industry;
Liaison with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
