Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate patients' needs to develop individualized treatment plans.Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and their families on managing conditions and achieving therapy goals.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Why Healthscope?
