About the Role Based in Bundaberg, this is an opportunity to provide quality Occupational Therapy services across Bundaberg and the Fraser Coast as part of an experienced and stable multidisciplinary team specialising in working with people with disabilities, their families and support networks.
The role aims to offer the best of both worlds – work autonomously but be situated within a team that can mentor, support and brainstorm where you need it as well as receiving regular supervision that is focused on helping you identify and knock down barriers to you doing your best work.
The autonomy of the position means that flexible working arrangements are available and can be tailored to what works for both you and CLS.
The role provides an opportunity for people wanting to specialise or extend their experience in working in a person-centred approach within the disability sector.
