Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our small, but mighty team!
We can tailor a caseload that you are passionate about… do you want to work with children, adolescents or adults, or a mix of all?
Do you want to specialise in a particular field (RTW, NDIS, Aged Care), or work across many areas?
We love nothing more than working with our participants to achieve their short- and long-term goals.
Whilst our Living to the Max team may be small, we are experts in our field and strive to provide future clinicians with the best possible education.
About you: You've been an Occupational Therapist for at least a year.
Passionate about providing Occupational Therapy services to vulnerable members of the community.
Looking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
Hold a full drivers licence, and full access to a vehicle.
Eager to work with some of the best Occupational Therapists in South Australia.
Hold registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
As you support many, we support you! We offer: A caseload that fits both your individual learning goals and passion areas.
Creative solutions to making work fit into your home life, and not the other way around.
The exploration and navigation of complex situations via 1:1 supervision curated to your learning style.
Engaging and relevant professional development and clinical support through local and national journal clubs, in-services, and group supervisions.
Professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical and professional skills.
To join our incentive program where if you exceed your targets you will be eligible for extra pay or bonus leave!
Career planning and development: We care about your career goals and can offer leadership and career growth opportunities.
Multiple ways of acknowledging how hard you work each and every day, in a way that makes you feel valued and meets your needs.
This could be in the form of incentive programs with attractive financial bonuses or time away from work to spend with your loved ones!
Plus, all of the essentials such as EAP, fitness passport and 12 weeks maternity leave.

If your resume is not quite up-to-date, you can add me on LinkedIn for a more informal conversation https://www.linkedin.com/in/charlottemdwest/ "Being provided the opportunity to begin my career working with DVA clients in the community with Living to the Max was something I will be forever grateful for, and I would encourage any new graduate to consider.
It is such an amazing learning experience and steppingstone to working with clients under other areas of funding, such as the NDIS.
Without beginning my career working with DVA clients, I believe I would not have felt as comfortable with my transition to working in the NDIS space.
It is a very rewarding area to work in and the rapport built with some of the war veterans is truly heart-warming."
