Nurse Unit Manager - High Dependency UnitAn exciting opportunity has become available for a highly experienced Nurse Unit Manager with strong leadership skills to join the Mater Private Hospital Mackay within the High Dependency Ward. This will be a permanent full-time position 0.5 FTE management and 0.5 FTE clinical.As the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), you will provide operational/clinical management and leadership to the unit and provide a professional line management responsibility to nurses in the organisation. As the leader of this team, you will provide exceptional nursing management and be responsible for the clinical, resource management, education and research accountabilities of nursing within our Medical Ward.
