Role Overview:The Nurse Unit Manager will lead clinics to provide safe, high-quality client-centered care while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include personnel management, scheduling, financial planning, risk management, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
The Westmead clinic operates Monday to Friday, offering services such as Surgical Termination of Pregnancy, Medical Termination of Pregnancy, Long-Acting-Reversible-Contraception, and Vasectomy. The CBD clinic opens 3-4 days per week, providing Medical Termination of Pregnancy and Long-Acting-Reversible-Contraception services.
