About your role: Demonstrate advanced specialist knowledge, experience and clinical skills in Acute Surgical Nursing.Provide clinical leadership in the co-ordination of patient care activities to effectively plan, manage and evaluate services in collaboration with the Nursing Director to achieve organisational and unit goals.Plan, implement and evaluate care models and systems, with a focus on optimising the patient journey and patient flow through the service.Provide effective communication, consultation and negotiation throughout the service to ensure the involvement of stakeholders in advanced problem solving and decision making.As a Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service employee, you will receive competitive remuneration and access to:
