South West Hospital and Health Service has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join our Aged Care Team in Roma with the aim of improving the quality of life of our clients.
The Aged Care Nurse Practitioner will practice both autonomously and collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team.

The Nurse Practitioner role includes clinical leadership, diagnosis, therapeutic management, and evaluation of people in the aged care setting, using nursing knowledge and skills which may include, but are not limited to, the direct referral of consumers to other health care professionals, prescribing medications, and ordering diagnostic interventions.
