Nude Lucy is looking for a Assistant Manager to join the team! The Role & Responsibilities: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focusedAssistant Managerto lead and develop the team at our Nude Lucy store inGeelong.
This is aPart-Time role, 25hours per week.
Successful candidate must be available to workSunday and Monday. Responsibilities include: Lead by example to set management expectations across your TeamManage in-store Employee Relations such as grievances and performance managementTrain, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planningProblem solving and ability to provide solutionsProduce and analyse required financial reports – i.e. Payroll reportsRoster Management and payroll approvalManage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective mannerProactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkageWork with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the storeDemonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for workEnsure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe mannerin accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Member
