Our passion is quality and education.The Role:Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with company policies, procedures, and targets.Undertake a Nominated Supervisor role.Develop a positive and engaging community presence.Provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff and students as needed.Develop a positive, cohesive work environment for all staff.Induct and support new team members.Implement initiatives to encourage increased occupancy rate.Ensure the centre is compliant with all Centre policies, State Legislation, and National Quality Standards.Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained in line with Company standards.Required Experience:A minimum of 2 years experience in the role.Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or hold a Diploma in Children Services.A current Working with Children's Check and valid First Aid, Child Protection.Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process.Strong experience creating and maintaining a Centre Quality Improvement Program.Extensive experience within the Early Childhood sector.Team player.Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.Highly organised and ability to multi-task.The Benefits of the Role:Autonomous full-time position.An exciting and dynamic work environment.Performance-based recognition program.Access to professional development, coaching, curriculum, and in-Centre mentoring.Career advancement opportunities – from in-Centre to capacity and capability leadership opportunities.High-quality, well-resourced environments for children and Educators.Financial benefits including attractive remuneration and generous childcare discounts.Your application will include the following questions:Have you completed a Bachelor of Education - Early Childhood?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have professional child care experience?Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework?How many years' experience do you have as a Nominated Supervisor?
