New Vehicle Sales Consultant

West-Star Hyundai are seeking a New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the team. As a strong advocate for the Hyundai brand, you will be known for delivering the ultimate customer experience & achieving KPIs with a primary focus on customer satisfaction. You are someone who is truly passionate and committed to your role, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude - you are an inspiration & role model to our Sales Trainees & your colleagues in the business.
About You & the Role:

Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our customers
Excellent communication skills - Build rapport quickly and act with integrity
A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales KPIs
Deliver the ultimate customer experience with a high level of professionalism
Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made
Use your owner's mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet customer and business deadlines
Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
A strong and reliable work ethic & process driven mindset
Keeping our customers informed during their new car purchase journey
Updating your DMS
Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence, not essential but highly regarded - this will be required at some stage
Delivering the feature and benefits to customers - taking them through their new car deliveries

Must haves:

Full and current Drivers Licence
