Full time Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists to join one of South Australia's leading builders. Located in Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide we form part of a larger developer group that operates across four states. We are a dynamic and high performing team offering clients a diverse range of homes on our land or theirs. Metro has a distinct advantage in that as a land developer and a builder we control a large proportion of our own land, in addition to having the ability to custom design on clients, or, our own land. THE ROLE We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter, someone who can work both autonomously and within a team environment. It's imperative the candidate is the right fit for our culture and preference will be given to those who can demonstrate a successful track record in selling residential building contracts or real estate. The role will involve working from Metro's display homes during the opening hours, which include weekdays and weekends. Key responsibilities of the role include: Ability to make sales from leads generated by Metro or through the candidate's own contacts Strong sales negotiation and closing skills Willingness to work weekends and demonstrate effective time management Ensure our high levels of customer satisfaction are adhered to The candidate First and foremost, we are looking for someone with a "can do" attitude who is looking for a company to reignite their career. Preference to hold or ability to obtain real estate license Positive attitude and a burning desire to succeed Proven track record in sales Ability to work a broad network and build rapport quickly Resilient We offer A generous package of base salary, industry high commission structure, supply of company laptop and all the tools required for the right candidate to be successful.
