The Opportunity Our Security business is on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across South Australia and the Northern Territory and help us solve real business problems for our customers. Your sales experience and ability to build long-lasting relationships with key accounts is a given, and you'll be able to understand the unique objectives of each client to tailor solutions accordingly.
The preferred location for this role is Adelaide.
The Fit We're looking for an experienced people-leader who can also help us advance our Security business to a professional market-driven approach that maximises the benefits of leading-edge technology. As part of #TeamGallagher you will also:
Drive revenue growth by upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within key accounts. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on solutions and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive sales plans and account strategies aligned with our clients' business goals. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform account strategies. Negotiate contract renewals, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. Accurately forecast revenues, margins and expenses. Current security license or the ability to obtain one, along with necessary clearance. Over 5+ years of business development and sales experience. More than 5 years of experience in the security systems or IT environment. Proven expertise in dealer and distributor management. Why Gallagher?
