Bluewater is its 2nd standalone store in the UK.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Store Manager you will be fundamental in achieving results and driving performance. You will achieve success through creating a positive, engaging environment for your customers and inspiring your team through great leadership. Building brand loyalty through delivering a world class customer experience is key, as well taking pride in your store presentation by implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the New Era brand.ABOUT THE ROLE / What You Will Be Doing:Sales: Lead sales and performance, monitoring KPIs and creating an active customer-focused environment. Analyzing reports and trends to create actions to improve store performance. Use your commercial and retail expertise to drive the business.Operations: Ensure efficient and effective operational processes to enhance productivity. Maintain exceptional store standards and organization.People Management: Lead, challenge, and inspire your team to deliver great results. Create an environment focused on learning, growth, and development. Coach the team and nurture talent to ensure everyone is engaged and achieving their full potential.Stock Management: Drive numbers through inventory management, VM, and store layouts. Process deliveries accurately and complete stock counts. Manage day-to-day activities.TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL / Who You Are / Your Profile:Excellent communication skills; act as a Brand ambassador for New Era.The ability to develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing team.Strong strategic thinker and problem-solving abilities with an understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy.Strong presence, high on influencing; your energy is infectious and inspiring.Dedication and ownership of your store to drive store performance through service, teamwork, and operations.Commitment to contribute to the success of the company, demonstrating passion and confidence.
