JOB DESCRIPTION As a Store Manager you will be fundamental in achieving results and driving performance.

Building brand loyalty through delivering a world class customer experience is key, as well taking pride in your store presentation by implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the New Era brand.
ABOUT THE ROLE / What You Will Be Doing: Sales: Lead sales and performance, monitoring KPIs and creating an active customer-focused environment.
Analyzing reports and trends to create actions to improve store performance.
Use your commercial and retail expertise to drive the business.Operations: Ensure efficient and effective operational processes to enhance productivity.
Maintain exceptional store standards and organization.People Management: Lead, challenge, and inspire your team to deliver great results.
Create an environment focused on learning, growth, and development.
Coach the team and nurture talent to ensure everyone is engaged and achieving their full potential.Stock Management: Drive numbers through inventory management, VM, and store layouts.
Process deliveries accurately and complete stock counts.
