About NetWaste:
NetWaste is a voluntary regional waste group formed in 1995 to provide collaborative approaches to waste and resource management. The organisation is funded primarily through the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA).
Your Future at Council:
Work amongst our community and be a positive public-facing ambassador for Orange City Council and NetWaste.
Ensure high-level delivery and support of all required waste project and service contract priorities identified in the NetWaste Strategic Waste Plan.
Deliver efficient and effective service to the community.
What you will Do:
Be a valuable member of Orange City Council and NetWaste Teams.
Use your relevant degree qualification and experience in Waste Management, Environmental Management, Project Management or similar.
Gather waste data/information and assist in the implementation of projects identified in the NetWaste Regional Waste Strategy 2022-2027.
Assist in the waste data collation processes and tabling of waste data on behalf of the member Councils, and ongoing management of this information.

Hourly Rate: Grade 9, Entry Level, $46.15 plus superannuation.
Hours of work: 2 Year Temporary Contract - working 3 days per week, 21 hours per week.
