As we continue to grow, we are excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced NDIS Service Delivery Lead to join our dedicated team.The RoleAs the NDIS Service Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our NDIS services. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the NDIS team, ensuring that services are delivered with excellence and compassion. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by working closely with participants, their families, and our staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of passionate NDIS Coordinators and Support Workers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Build strong relationships with NDIS participants and their families to ensure that services are tailored to individual needs and goals.Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and other relevant legislation, including reporting to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.Collaborate with external partners such as allied health professionals, support coordinators, and other service providers to deliver holistic care.Drive service improvements by seeking participant feedback and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the quality of care.Manage the NDIS team's budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources while maintaining high service standards.Skills and Attributes We're Looking ForLeadership: You're an experienced leader who can inspire and support your team to achieve their best.Customer-Centric: You understand the needs of NDIS participants and are passionate about delivering person-centred services.Communication: You're an excellent communicator who can engage with participants, families, staff, and external stakeholders.Problem-Solver: You thrive in finding solutions to complex challenges, ensuring the best outcomes for participants.Compliance-Focused: You have a strong understanding of NDIS regulations and a keen eye for detail to ensure services meet compliance standards.What You'll BringA relevant qualification in social work, disability services, or a related field (minimum Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent).Extensive experience in leading teams within the NDIS framework and a thorough understanding of NDIS standards and compliance.A proven track record of building strong relationships with participants, families, staff, and external partners.Experience in budget and resource management.Why Join GCLA?At GCLA, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued.
